Limewire isn’t illegal. Allotment copyrighted songs is. Not that it’s ever stopped anyone before…
Your best bet is to pay a buck at Itunes. Use limewire and get sued. You can try www.skreemr.com but i do not know if it is legal.

There have been many debates over if Limewire is illegal. You may get several responses showing pros/cons. But my answer is no. Limewire is a filesharing program that enables users to swap information (songs, videos, etc.) back and forth free of charge. After all, filesharing programs like Limewire and Kazaa have been running for years and courts have failed to shut them down numerous era. Why? Because they aren’t illegal. Trust me, if they were illegal, our Government would have place an end to it long ago.
